New home

Hi all of you, so two weeks ago we moved into our first home! We had truly outgrown the flat so the move was well overdue. Now we have plenty of room to expand our plant range, here's some old and new plants in their new locations.

Golden pothos in the attic

Lovely and strong cactus doing well, in the attic

Delicate begonia in the bathroom, luckily there is a huge window

This little guy was the only survivor of three cactus that were together in a pot.
He's in the living room window for now
Christmas cactus doing well on the dining table, next to some pink roses

A selection of plants on the butchers block. The one that looks like Santa is a replacement as the original one died.

A huge banana plant which was a housewarming gift from my mum and is currently awaiting a canvas pot. He sits in the kitchen for now.

Jade getting huge, the new hoya heart, an offspring from a plant and a monstera propogating. This is in the kitchen.

Pilea and friends in the other kitchen window.

Baby jade surrounded by all the creatures, a propogating variegated monstera and others

My lovely big monstera that sadly lost a few leaves in the summer after I took some rubbish advice from a plant group and put her outside for a sunbathe - she actually got sunburnt and I had to cut off 5 or 6 black leaves 😔

A picture of everyone on the kitchen shelf together.

My study shelf. the one on the right is the one whose baby is in the floral pot in the kitchen.

Plants by post?

Hello to all of you readers! Today was a great day because I got some new plants in the post. I've never received plants  via mail before so I was very excited to open them up and see what was inside.
We moved house a couple of weeks ago and I will share a full post of all the plants in their new spots soon. For now, here's the recent delivery pictures.

The plants packaged up

This is them all stretched out with a drink

With added new pots for them to grow and be happy

String of pearls in it's new location

The tradscantia nanouk, monstera adansonii and golden pothos

I've put the heart shaped hoya kerrii in the kitchen and the rest in my study! Which one's your fav? I'm looking forward to watching the baby adansonii grow and develop it's holes. I had a tradscantia in the past  but it died so I'm hoping this one will fair better. I also already have a pothos but I love it so much I wanted another.
Thanks for reading, I'll share those pictures of all the other plants soon 😊
